Not satisfied? Submit a refund request within 3 days of purchase and we will process it — no complicated process, no hard feelings.

01 · REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase date
  • You have a genuine technical issue that we are unable to resolve
  • Access was not granted to your TradingView account despite confirmed payment

02 · HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact us within 3 days

Go to the Contact page and submit a refund request within 72 hours of your purchase.

Provide your order details

Include your TradingView username, email address, transaction hash (TXID), and the reason for your refund request.

We review & process

We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original USDT wallet address.

03 · NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

⚠️ Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund request submitted after 3 days (72 hours) of purchase
  • Change of mind after extended use of the indicator
  • Losses incurred from trading decisions made using the indicator
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results — the indicator is a tool, not a profit guarantee
  • Incorrect TradingView username provided at checkout (we cannot transfer access)
  • TradingView platform issues or downtime outside our control

04 · REFUND METHOD

All refunds are processed in USDT to the originating wallet address. Refund amounts are equal to the original purchase amount minus any blockchain transaction fees incurred.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval.

05 · ACCESS REVOCATION

Upon approval and processing of a refund, your TradingView access to ScalpMaster Pro will be revoked immediately. Any continued use after this point is not permitted.
